Hogao casero

  • 2 bunches of finelly chopped scallions

  • 3 finelly diced tomatoes

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Sautee scallions on olive oil for 3 min and then add tomatoes and salt to taste. Continue cooking until thickens a little. You can substitute the scallions for onions.

Aji de Cilantro

  • 2 Bunches of Cilantro

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Jalapeño pepper

  • 1/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 1 lime

  • Salt to taste

Cut out Cilantro stems and put the rest of the cilantro on a blender along with all the other ingredients and blend until you get a sauce kind of consistency (add a little bit of water if its too thick).
